Hi! Uh, for the record, “triggered” has a very specific meaning in the disabled community to refer to trauma, and when people use it to refer to being annoyed, overly-sensitive, etc, it stigmatizes it and takes the word away from its important place within trauma dialogue. So I’d love if you could try to use it less, at least outside of talking about trauma!

well, i do have ptsd so i know what you mean. 

do people who do suffer from a trauma can also lose their sense of humour through it? that’s what I keep on thinking when getting anons like this

it’s a good question. i still cannot quite understand how a non-binary brain works. every person who identified as being non-binary could not answer that question either. so it still leaves me questioning everything.

i know a therapist and they say they don’t quite agree with that form of thinking. but it’s up to everyone individually, i guess.

So, he was saying the whole ”women regret sex and claim rape” and I told him to prove it.

Me: find me 10 cases of a woman regretting sex and claiming rape.

Him: I’ll have to google.

Him: so I couldn’t find anything by googling but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Also, here’s a link proving you can’t measure false allegations.

Me: ok first that link gave the definition they used for false allegations, and also the definition most police officers and law enforcement uses. Second, the link also listed a common trend between studies done on false allegations showing a percentage between 2-10 are false. Third, if it’s so common, how come you have yet to actually give me 1 case of false allegations. Perhaps you had trouble finding ten? So let’s lower it to 5.
