Siu Nim Tao.  Wing Chun Quan belongs to one of the Nan Quans( originate from the southern aeras of China) in Chinese traditional Quan Shu. It is said that Wing Chun Quan was derived from the middle time of Qing dynasty. At the early times, it was popular in Guang Dong, Fu Jian and other areas. It formed a set of practical course Wing Tsun by its widespread all over the world.

This chunk of steel about killed me this morning with a Kettlebell complex workout...Phew! 7 rounds of 10 ground to overhead, 10 goblet squats, 10 Swings (without putting the kettlebell down), then 15 push-ups...30 secs rest. Forgot I knew how to turn a wrench, LOL. Taking care of this good ol girl... she has taken well care of us thus far, from the beaches of California to The snowing mountains of the Rockies several times. I need to show her some love. Oil change, coolant/thermostat change , tire rotation, brake replacement, shock replacement. And even modified a ski rack to mount onto her. She has a nice rack now. HAHA.

I don’t know the story of this self defense shooting but here are some things we can learn: 1. Speed, surprise, and violence of action is demonstrated. 2. Close quarters gunfights last seconds. 3. One shot usually isn’t enough to stop someone. 4. Bad guys work in pairs. From the looks of this video, the guy in dark clothes has a revolver of his own, but flees as soon as shooting starts. Why? Because most criminals are cowards and flee at the first sign of resistance. They don’t expect resistance. They expect an easy hit. 5. Even if the odds are against you numerically… you can still triumph and protect others through your decisive action. Train hard everyone. Keep your head on a swivel.
