Looking at your rolls in the mirror
Being the fat ugly friend
Crying over pictures you’re tagged in
Having no pants cause your thighs rub and you get holes in every single pair
Having to spend hours choosing an outfit cause nothing looks right
Being self conscious about your relationship because you’re afraid of them finding someone skinner
Trying not to eat in public due to fear of judgement
Having flabby arms
Being disgusted with yourself
So yeah it’s hard but my life is harder when I don’t do it
