October update

So I have started all my classes because freshers week is over. I am LOVING college and I’ve found some friends (some to study with and some to party with and some close ones).

Mondays: I have spanish and politics class

Tuesdays: I have local government and then management class

Wednesdays: I have a European Union class

Thursdays: just a Spanish class so I mainly use this day for assignments

Fridays: I have my public law class

Overall loving it🤍

WK1 2/9/24 — 6/9/24

I finally found a girl from my course so I’ve been texting her! I’m gonna meet her for coffee before orientation

Speaking of which, that’s tomorow (Wednesday) and I’m so excited.

I need to organize my Orientation timetable and figure out where I’m supposed to be.

Need to upload my student ID pic

Then book a date to collect my student ID card.

Then all that’s left to do is go supplies shopping

Along with prepping for freshers week!

Is there anything better then a study session at a cute café? Coffee, a friend and productivity.

September evenings. It’s damp and cold and rainy outside but you spend your time in thick, soft jumpers, browsing the library as you research for your next assignment. The evenings no longer stretch on in endless warm sunlight, they shorten and dark nights revising at the café become more and more routine. You take your coffee hot now, steaming cups of frothy cappuccinos or rich, bitter americanos, because it’s not hot chocolate season just yet. A month of reflection and slowing down before October comes and autumn truly begins.

There’s nothing I love more then studying inside my warm cozy room with candles while it rains outside. I love summer, but truly I’m just waiting for the early autumn Irish rain, softly pattering against the window pane while a candle flickers on my desk. Filling the air with soft scents as I complete an essay.

My name is Anna and I’m eighteen (My birthday is coming up in a few weeks so not for long!!). I’m really excited to be starting University. I’m taking Government and Political Science along with Spanish as an Elective. So I’ll be studying all of my favorite things!!
