The Jersey Devil & Mothman

Cuz I needed another headworld, right? This all started as a joke about the Jersey devil (my home cryptid) being jealous of Mothman for all the attention he gets from monsterfuckers and hatefucking him to put him in his place. I did not expect it to turn into a massive story full of romance, action, and political intrigue, but when do I ever lol. This fire burned hot and fast. I actually did these back in April, and cranked out a bunch of doodles of them over the course of a few days, and then haven’t touched them since. He’s done and he has a name now! Erelim, after a class of angels associated with death or tragedy. Is he an angel? Demon? idk.

Despite his name and hellish appearance, he’s yet another one of my “chill monster” characters. I don’t have much of a feel for what his personality may be beyond that just yet.
