At some point of my life and DMing COS, I decided to grant to vampire spawns of Strahd personalities and backstories. And screentime, yeah. And new names. Now they are Vera, Nadezda, and Lyubov, which are Russian names that literally mean Belief/Trust, Hope, and Love.
