Etmopterus perryi .The Dwarf #lanternshark. With only 21 cm of lenght, is the smallest shark. This deepwater (280-450 m) #shark has blue-green light-producing cells (photophores) along the belly (for camouflage) and on the dorsal spines (defense). Only seen in the Caribbean Sea - Venezuela and Colombia.

Rhincodon typus. #whaleshark Largest fish in the world (5.5-18 m long and over 20 ton). Found in tropical seas, this filtering feeder feeds mainly on plankton and it can live 150y. The eggs hatch inside females which can give birth to hundreds of live young.🦈 #royaltalens
