Arabella couldnt help but smirk when he mentioned that he wasnt usually smoking. She often felt like almost everyone who didnt want to admit to be smoking said, she had always been open about being a smoker. "Yes, no problem obviously, I mean...I have one, so why not giving it to someone, right?" She didnt really see whatever was as bad about smoking and such and she knew that people tended to get to know quite a lot of people over a smoke.

Smoking. It was a nasty habit. One which CJ managed to pick up recreationally thanks to his doting father. The old man was known to light up after a case closed, and with CJ in tow, Liam passed along the cigar without a second thought. The habit only reared it’s ugly head while attending a gala, company meeting, or at trying times like these: when CJ’s nerves were scattered. Patting his coat, the brunette let out a groan. His fingers clenched around the pack, chin falling to his chest. ::Great. No lighter. Figures.:: New prints would be out in his studio tomorrow, and no matter how many times he displayed new pieces, the inevitable sales and separations ate away at him. Every piece was a bit of his blood, sweat, and tears. Figuratively of course, but nonetheless. He had to remind himself they were just photographs, and the profits would be worth any lost time in the long run. “Oh ah- thank you.” Taking the lighter gently from her with a nod of his head, CJ quickly lit his cigarette, and passed it back. “I usually don’t smoke, so I don’t carry one on me.”

"See, thats what happens if I for once try to be nice..!" The girl exclaimed laughing a bit and shook her head rolling her eyes jokingly "You know, just for me trying to be so nice you should totally buy me coffee now!"

"Hm?" Benjamin looked up and searched for the voice. As his eyes connected with girl, he shook his head. "Nah, I mean…thank you but I don’t smoke." Pulling out his wallet, he shook it in the air a bit. "Just looking for this."

Arabelle damn well knew the struggles of not having a lighter or leaving it somewhere whenever it was needed, so there really was no reason for the other girl to thank her. "Sure, you're absolutely welcome, I totally know the problem, its happening to me a lot!" She told her honestly while she blew out some smoke into the air, watching it fade into thin air

Ugh, where the hell was it? If she had to run all the way home for a lighter she would most likely be late for everything else. Qinn searched everywhere in her pockets of her coat and nothing. Typical. Though, before all hope was out, the girl next to her offered her help. A small smile appeared on the French girl’s lips as she walked closer.
"— Thank you." Qinn used the lighter quickly and inhaled while looking at the girl. She was so stunning. Literally making Qinn feel like trash. She handed back the lighter and stood back next to the girl.

There was only one thing so far Arabella really appreciated about being in SF, the weather. At least here one didnt become a snowman while trying to have a smoke in the morning, quite the opposite, it was already rather a nice morning breeze instead of frosty wind and snow. The girl was standing in front of a starbucks, finishing her smoke before she would go in, when she noticed a figure next to her seemingly looking for something in the coat. "If you need a lighter I could help out?" The blonde offered looking over at the stranger
