I am Aratrika Ray. I am from India. I am a Software Engineer by profession but have immense interest in Arts and Poetry. In addition to these, I am also a music lover. I find tumblr as an interesting media to share pages from my diary and art book. I hope to share much more of my works in future.
I am not a professional artist but Art is my biggest inspiration. No matter where life takes me to, I will never stop creating. My parents are my biggest support as they always insist me to carry out and improve my creativity. I started learning basic drawing skills, from my Art tutors, at home, when I was six years old. I started learning Fine Arts and Painting at the age of fourteen. I did Diploma in the same domain, from Pracheen Kala Kendra (State Governments Universities and Education Boards). Even after completing five years of routine Art course and training, somewhere I am not done with painting. In my spare time, I devote myself to create something new. I am very much keen towards Abstract Art and Conceptual Art. But I love and appreciate every form of creation. I hope anyone who visits my page will appreciate my lines also. The FIRST thing I like about myself is I can create.
The SECOND thing is I can stay all by myself for hours.
The THIRD thing I like about myself is I overthink and it lets me analyze a situation deeply.
The FOURTH thing I like about myself is I can write and express my present state of mind.
The FIFTH thing I really like is I don’t leave space in between lines while writing and typing. Everyone hates me for this and calls me CLUMSY. But I really like my last quality. ;)
