please, let’s get one thing clear. tywin had zero doubts about tyrion’s parentage. i don’t believe for one hot second that the man who obliterated two houses solely to make a point would let his wife’s bastard live. all it would have taken was a rare illness and tywin lannister’s youngest son would be tragically dead. so, no, tywin did not despise and abuse tyrion because he thought it was aerys’ son, he did it because, he knew for a fact that tyrion was his own son. his son, tywin lannister’s and a dwarf, small, twisted and ugly. tywin’s loins produced golden trophies in cersei and jaime, where did tyrion come from? and, then there was tywin in tyrion and he saw it, just as genna did, and he fucking hated it.
