Hello, I am Hala, a mother of a child who has been living in Gaza under bombardment for more than three months. I was forced to leave my home and move to at least 7 areas in search of safety. We live a life devoid of the minimum necessities of life, with the struggle to obtain water, electricity, and food. My three-year-old daughter is unable to provide her with baby formula, Pampers, and even clothes. We have nothing. We left our home with nothing and cannot return to it. For a long period without work or any income, and with a lot of loss of life and money, my house was damaged, as was my husband’s wedding hall and his workplace. As A mother is unable to protect her daughter from hunger and death. I only want safety, and there is no safety in Gaza. We are forced to leave the country under these harsh conditions of displacement, killing and starvation. The image of my child crying for fear of death is still in my mind. I do not want to lose her soul in these massacres. But getting out of Gaza to save her, to keep her alive, requires a lot of money that we do not have. I started this campaign trying to get out of Gaza with my daughter and my husband across the Egyptian border, and if that fails, I will use this money to spend on my family and try to rebuild and compensate for the losses we suffered. We are extremely grateful for any assistance you can provide, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering our appeal for support during this difficult time.

PFLP warns British troops in Gaza would be 'legitimate target'
"The PFLP clarified that Britain's justifications for sending troops to Gaza 'are lies that deceive no one.' The resistance movement added that British claims about delivering aid 'are merely a pretext for the permanent presence of military forces on the ground for malevolent colonial purposes and to protect the security of the Zionist entity. This is something our people and resistance are well aware of.'
Though US President Joe Biden announced the construction of the port as his own proposal in March, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu first suggested the idea to Biden in October. Netanyahu has also suggested the port could help in the 'voluntary' deportation of Gazans to third countries.
The PFLP issued a warning in March stating that the US plan to build a port on the Gaza coast is 'suspicious and dubious,' as it would open the door to the forced displacement of Gaza's population under humanitarian and other pretexts.
Fears of forced displacement via the port are rising, given Israeli threats to invade Rafah on the Egypt-Gaza border, where 1.3 million people have sought refuge from Israeli bombing elsewhere in the strip. Such an invasion would cause a new wave of displacement and massive numbers of civilian deaths, aid officials and western diplomats have warned." 28 April 24

All the reports coming from Rafah from the early hours of April 29 are literally identical: "Israel targeted the house of [family name]"
The same title, over and over again.
All within a couple of hours last night, three family homes in Rafah have been struck, killing at least 20, the majority of whom are women and children.
We now know about Project Lavender and we know about Israel's constant surveillance of Gaza so when I tell you that Israel had targeted civilian homes last night in Rafah, you know that there is absolutely no room for questioning Israel's intent here and always.

Early Sunday (April 28th), Israeli soldiers conducted raids and abducted at least fifteen Palestinians in the West Bank
The IOF stormed and ransacked dozens of homes, causing property damage. They took Palestinians in for long interrogations. They abducted former political prisoners who have already served their sentence. They also abducted two children.
This mainly happened in cities like Tulkarem, Qalqilia, Jenin, Tubas, Salfit, Jericho, and Jerusalem - however, some individuals were abducted from various cities not mentioned.
Some of the abducted individuals are named below:
In Qalqilia: Khaled Morad Eshteiwi (19 years old). Khaled is a student and former political prisoner. He was abducted after his home was stormed and ransacked.
In Nablus (Deir Al-Hatab village): Narmin Jamal Hussein, a young woman, was abducted from her home following an extreme military operation in her area.
In Hebron: Soheib Salama Abu Daoud was abducted after his home was invaded and searched.
In Jericho: Ziad Saleh Ibrahim Nujoom (18 years old) was abducted from an-Nuway’imah village, Suhaib Ramzi Hussein Farah (18 years old) was abducted from the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, and Raed Saed Fayek Ibrahim (18 years old) was abducted at a southern military roadblock in the city, despite being a resident of Ein Sultan refugee camp.
The Israeli military has been carrying out many abductions at many areas and villages in the West Bank. Palestinians are not safe in their homes, they get stopped at military roadblocks, and are held hostage to put pressure on "wanted" family members.

so i study decolonization, as in i studied it as part of my degree, and i thought I'd make a list of some readings/films that might offer additional insight about decolonization (it also helps if you're tired of the christian moralistic thinking)
occupation 101 (can be found on youtube i believe, it's about the history between isreal and palestine, it focuses on palestinians and it is quite comprehensive. there's live footage, there's interviews with palestinian children, etc. it's a must watch i think, regarding palestine. it points the finger squarely at the united states.)
the wretched of the earth, franz fanon. fanon is really well known in the decolonization sphere because he writes about it in a very succinct and clear way. to him, decolonization can never occur peacefully, and i think that's a really important key lesson. he also talks about how colonizers don't just take land, they reframe ideas, they take language, art, thoughts.
the battle of algiers, 1966. this is a fascinating film, it's sort of a documentary, they got the actual people to play their parts. it describes and interviews the main individuals involved in the fight for independence within Algiers. i think understanding how a nation can gain independence over its colonial forces is really important in the grand scheme of decolonialism.
unthinking eurocentrism. if you can get your hands on it, i love this text. it's so poignant and it lays everything out so clearly and it really shows how we center our worlds around eurocentrism and westernism.

Israel has deployed auto-firing quadcopters that emit the sounds of crying babies.

There is no possible reality where this is in any way capable of being passed off as self-defense. It was never self-defense. It is, and always has been, a genocide.
Crying babies. Crying babies. This is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, meant to draw out and kill civilians while also making it far more difficult to locate and aid children who are trapped or alone.
If you have money to spare, please consider donating to some of the fundraisers on Operation Olive Branch to help people escape this genocide.
End the occupation. Free Palestine.
