Murderous, morose and fu***** dramatic, they shouldn’t have been surprised when they earned the nickname Hamlet, of all names.  Their moral compass is broken but they’ve found a sense of family within the Jolly Rogers. People can be so easily spooked, but not these people which makes it the perfect crowd for them to grow from. Maybe, eventually, they’ll figure out what is the meaning of life and what their place is in here? 

Sure, they’re a bit young for the existential crisis, and maybe that’s why they don’t see what’s so bad about murder. They are versatile for their age, and there’s not a single target that managed to stay out of their range yet.

When started law school, they thought they’d defend innocent people. When they graduated, they realized that this was one sound way to bore themselves to sleep or worse. 

All it took was one pro-bono case during which they kept a particularly charming pickpocket from ending up in jail for them to end up in the good graces of the Jolly Rogers. Officially, they exclusively serve the interests of a wealthy person. No one has to know that this person happens to be the Crooked Hand, right? 

In addition to keeping people out of jail, Atticus also makes sure that those who are too dirty to be saved do keep their mouth shut, metaphorically or permanently.

Born in the world of crime, they know more about the trade than those who adopted it. The Tower is the one you call when you want to pass a message : intimidating in appearance, they are absolutely ruthless when it comes to business but don’t mistake them for a mindless brute. The Tower has more than one card up their sleeve and they don’t show their hand before they know they’ve won.

In the dark of the night, they are taking a path that they are unsure of : there could be danger lurking in its depths. What better than the Moon to symbolize the transition from light to darkness ?

This character is the definition of : it all goes downhill from here. They could have chosen to work for employers who aren’t as sleazy as the Liddells. There are plenty opportunities for doctors/lawyers/accountants/UTP, plenty of absolutely legal opportunities, but none pay nearly as well and The Moon always said that they would be someone, one day, and they aren’t a liar. 

Well maybe they are, but only because truth is sometimes harsh to the ear...

An expert in the art of planning, they usually stay out of the spotlight and instead assign jobs to the Jolly Rogers, serving as the Crooked Hand’s overly qualified secretary.

You can count on one hand the amount of times they personally got involved and although they are meticulous enough, their style matches the one of a wild animal : absolutely horrifying. It’s hard to determine where they come from, although their knowledge of a wide range of languages seems to indicate someone who had access to college education.

They served in the S.A.S. (Special Air Service) and although they haven’t served the British government in a while, the unit’s motto Who Dares Win has remained in their blood. They are a highly competent sniper and the Jolly Rogers often trust them with missions that require this specific sort of range. Driven by a thirst of victory, they are also appreciated for their loyalty, their sense of camaraderie and their no bullshit attitude. Considered an undeniable asset by many, they however have no interest in leadership, which was ultimately what drew them out of the army. They have all the qualities for it, but they would rather sit in the back and watch quietly.
