Some say that an angel-god of chaos dwells or is imprisoned there, 8ut I don’t really 8uy into that kind of superstition. 

In any case, 8oth the ne8ula and the Eye are important sites for scientific research, and dangerous and ill-charted areas that provide a haven for pir8s. 

Those filthy 8andits have 8een a thorn in my side since I took charge of the 8lind Marches. 

A nebula, that sounds interestin’.  Does that make the ‘eye’ a protostar, or a black hole?

A siza8le portion of the region is filled 8e the Cyclops Ne8ula, and the Eye at its center. 

So wwhat’s your march like?  Is it empty space, or does it hold stars an’ systems?

I, and my kismesis with whom I share the position, govern the march, oversee trade, take part in Imperial politics, even take command of the 8lind Marches’ fleet in times of war. 

Wwhat do you actually do?  Ovversee trade, business?

I suppose that’s true.  Vvery rarely do terms used on planets make their wway into the lexicons of us in the fleets.

Yes, it most certainly is. 

That’s pro8a8ly 8ecause your planet doesn’t use the old terminology, and instead decided to come up with new ones for space. 

So your job is an important one?

Wwe don’t have a specific name for border areas.  There are systems, sectors, quadrants, an’ vvery rarely exclusion zones, but no marches.

Yes, I certainly would be interested in learning more a8out humanity, and I could certainly teach you quite a 8it a8out 8eforean trolls as well. 

Interesting, very interesting. We do seem to have a few interests in common. 

Well I’d be happy to teach you about us if you’d teach me more of trolls assuming thats what you are. 

And for interests, we have a lot of similar ones then, considering both writing and reading were among the others that I hadn’t listed.
