Jim Henson created a test commercial in 1966 for General Foods Canada and their snack products Wheels, Flutes and Crowns. The Flute-Snatcher became a background character, and the Crown-Grabber was repurposed as the Beautiful Day Monster. But the true breakout star was the Wheel-Stealer, who starred in the famous "Coffee Break Machine" sketch and a similar IBM industrial film. After a brief stint in Munchos commercials, he became our own beloved Cookie Monster.

For whatever reason, General Foods Canada rejected the commercial.

I'll never get over how americans talk about watching "foreign films" like this hardcore cinephile poetic soul activity instead of what it is which is just watching a movie not made in the us

Mulan, Emperour's New Groove, Brother Bear, Home on the Range, Chicken Run, A Dog's Will, Ice Age, Shark Tale.
Did any of you do this as a child?

With me it wasn't with Shrek, or any specific movie. It was with Disney movies as a whole.
I swear, I had memorized Snow White, Pinocchio, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Alice in Wonderland (2010), and the Sword in the Stone, and I could watch them in my head while I was playing.
Although my mind wasn't perfect. I used to get so mad when I accidentally jumped one scene or one line.

Hello! I've purged my soul by writing a gigantic pile of Lenny/Gutierrez/Assante smut. I hope you enjoy.

thanks again @professorlehnsherr-almashy for the constant stream of filthy HCs and cool pope related convos that provided the fertile ground that grew this fic.

Clark: "Dad, can I just pet the calf now?"
(pa kent giving The Talk voice) see when a bull and a cow love each other very much, that’s how a calf is born [remembers his son came from space] of course if the bull comes from another farm, the cow might not end up taking, but that’s alright [remembers clark might be gay] sometimes bulls also love other bulls [remembers clark is an alien again] but if the bull is from another farm, he might have a calf if he fools around with bulls from here so he should be careful.

I saw this on TV Tropes when it was listing examples of Italian-American/New Jersey style stereotypes in Pop Culture, and apparently the joke is mixing Princesses with the New Jersey specific Alpha Bitch regional stereotype.
I was wondering if anyone would notice this regional in-joke just watching, or most would need research like I did to understand the parody's contest.
