There is not much left and I will finish the exams and be freedom for a week, but I don’t know. I have started to assume vacation mode from now , so I will sit with my friend so that we can continue together.

i'm not even gonna lie, it's been non-stop stress for the past month and i've really been struggling 😂🫶🏻 but i'm really happy with the progress i've made in regard to my mental health, because i recognized i was spiraling very quickly into a depressive episode and managed to pull myself out of it even just temporarily. i cleaned up my room, studied, sat out in the sun and drank some tea while thinking about things i'd like to do for my birthday. it's not much, but it made me feel grounded again and that's really all I need right now. also, a tutor is being brought in because this intro lvl physics class is insane 😭

I did my first writing workshop on my own this weekend and I think it went okay. Other than that I am just tired and trying to get my work done, even though my brain is not cooperating. But I am listening to Oldies Station on Loop in the hopes of getting better

You have to stop ruining things for yourself preemptively because you believe they’ll fail anyway. Give yourself a chance to succeed.

one thing that so many students forget is that, a win is a win. if you planned on doing english homework but instead you finished your history essay, celebrate that, don’t be upset taht you didn’t sick to your plan, at least you got SOMETHING DONE. a win is a fucking win and don’t let anyone tell you different.

Yesterday's studying (ft. my mom's strawbeb cake 🍓) // today's thesis lab.

Aren't my crystals beautiful 🥹 I'm recrystallizing the one asshole compound that came out ugly and visibly impure the first time around. I'll see if it's any helpful next week.

I was finally brave enough to tell my thesis supervisor that I'd love to drop by after my internship in July but before the semester starts (which is in October). He said he'd be away all August but I can come in September which is!! So great!!! Looks like this summer break might be fun :)

i'm trying to strike a balance between complaining and uh... not complaining but it's so hard😭 civil procedure has come back to bite me in the ass. it was my lowest grade in law school and one of the densest/most abstract subjects i've encountered, so i am absolutely terrified and shaking in my boots. i'm staying positive, however, and will not let it crush my spirit !!!
