its kinda funny that even though memories started being more interesting to me in 2019 (when i did a research project on the subject for school) i think listening to everywhere at the end of time in 2020 really sealed my fate bc now im not normal about in the slightest. i listen to the dementia music a lot, even the stages where its all chopped up and chaotic, and my fixation on that led me to really liking characters that have memories as a core part of their character. whether they've forgotten stuff, convinced themselves of things that aren't true, have otherwise warped memories - i eat that shit up

its kinda funny that even though playing minecraft with keep inventory on is technically "cheating" (even though this is a sandbox game so it doesnt matter at all) its the only way i can actually play the game like a normal person

im always overly cautious to the point of never making progress, and when i dont have to worry about losing all my stuff, suddenly its not that bad anymore!!! i was even able to find a nether fortress and loot it which ive never done before!!!!

i know that i have visual snow but sometimes i'll sit there wondering if maybe i was overexaggerating and dont actually have it until i'm sitting in my room at night when im tired and my vision is borderline flickering from all the static. and its like. oh yep i do indeed have the static in my eyeballs syndrome

in sketchbook 18 (the first full sketchbook post-graduation) i averaged 17/18 pages a month if that gives any idea of things turned up afterwards

im currently counting how many pages i filled a month for each of my sketchbooks and its kinda funny that you can tell EXACTLY when my senior year started bc the number of pages dropped significantly and stayed low until i graduated

i went from 20+ pages each month to less than 10 per month in the same sketchbook, and didnt draw more than 15 pages until after i graduated 😭
