🪷 Original character design for this flower boi (which I’ve been hiding for months) 🪷

Rewatching LMK and just Nezha in general made me go back to drawing this oc design based on an original sci-fi/fantasy idea I have since my high school years.

Short context given: my weird teenage brain mixed with a hyperfixation of reading mythology and a fondness for sci-fi, made me think that the only logical reason for why ancient people believed in Greek gods and such, was because they’re aliens who came to Earth. (Not saying that any religion and god are aliens in real life of course!)

Anyway, I ended up making up this oc of our favourite lotus man and the rest is history. If anyone wants to draw him, feel free to as long as you credit me. 👍

WWWOW THIS TOOK A BIT, SORRY ABOUT THAT- Who would've guessed making multi-page comics would be time consuming lmao, especially since my first year of senior high just started soooo, it's gonna take a bit longer between pages now, sorry abt that💔

so uhhh question. How did Dogday meet the two mini critters in the surviving heretic AU? Was it at the same time or separate times?

Separate times. After Dogday decided to stop following the Prototype when the Hour of Joy was over, Catnap imprisoned him in the Playhouse and ordered the mini-critters to keep him locked up for an indefinite time until Dogday changes his mind. But one of the mini Dogdays didn’t agree with Catnap or the Prototype unlike most of the other critters and decided to free him, leading to their escape from the Playhouse and sticking together after that.

Mini Catnap on the other hand was in Home Sweet Home, when the Hour of Joy happened and was hiding there before Dogday and mini Dogday found him. Like Pupday (Dogday’s nickname for mini Day) he also didn’t believe in the Prototype and holds a hatred towards his bigger body counterpart for his part in the death of some of the kids he was fond of. The two Dogdays met the Mini Catnap when they were hiding out in Home Sweet Home from BB! Catnap.
