🤯 What's a genre you struggle with as a writer (ex. romance, action, etc.)? Uhhhh I feel like action? the pacing fucks me up, and I am super afraid of making someone too overpowered. 😬 Which of your fics would you be most horrified for friends, family, or coworkers to stumble upon? Friends now I'm crazy for these celaphopods... I have no shame. For family, especially my parents? EVERYTHING I think maybe 'and my name died on his lips' the most just because of the idea of family and coworkers going 'uhhhh hello thats a lotta angst u okay?' But who knows.

If you don’t mind me adding on to my last question (sorry cuttletavio s just been rotating around in my brain a LOT)

who do you think gets nightmares more often? Or which on of them gets panic attacks frequently?

That’s fine!!

I think Octavio currently would have them more. They’re a bit of routine now. A thing that happens, and knows how to deal with them.

Craig used to have them a lot, but they calmed down after a while. He had a particular bad flare-up after his wife died, especially because he felt so alone. He usually can’t manage to fall asleep after them.

It’s not!

2. What would they do if the other woke in a manic state after a nightmare?

Craig would try to use his voice to reassure him; he would also try to touch Octavio and rub his back or anything else, but only when Octavio’s calmed down enough to not start hitting. The back of Octavio’s head is a no-go though.

Octavio would also use his voice to reassure, mostly about things to focus on. He only really gives physical contact after the manic state is over, and as much as Craig wants him to. Good hugs are given.

43. Who would give their life for the other without a second thought?

Both would. It just so happens that Craig’s a lot more impulsive and so manages to get into near death situations for Octavio a lot more than the other way around.

Hello! I know two weeks from now would be the same period as when cuttletavio week was last year.

Life’s just been very hectic for me lately and I feel it might be a bit too short (and busy) to set up a whole new prompt list and do those.

51. What’s a non verbal way they say I love you?

Little gifts and doing things for each other. Octavio getting crabby cakes for Craig when he walks past a stand for them, Craig cooking spicier because Octavio likes spicy more… those sorta things.

11. Do either try to hide their emotions if upset? Can the other still tell?

Both try to hide their emotions but in different ways. While Octavio just represses them and grumpily refuses anyone who asks about it, Craig will just turn his enthusiasm up a notch, cheerfully darting around the subject.

They both know how to deal with the other when they’re upset, whether that’s just doing something nice or pushing some buttons to get the other to talk.
