In the past couple of years, the lives of almost the entire population of Earth has been affected in multiple ways. Some for the good and some for the bad. One of these affected groups were us, the students of various grades. With classes going online, the time in our hands for leisure increased ten folds. And a smart generation like ours, we had to do something productive witht this time. That's where the internship culture received a huge boost. Internships not only helps to develop our personality and character but also, helps us to get something out of the time we would otherwise wily away.

Internships have been a revolution during these lockdown periods. Almost all the students who had enough time were involved in work from home Internships. The certificates, the stipends and the LoRs were all added benefits to the experience amd knowledge. 

I myself was looking for an internship on a particular app when I came across CollegeTips.in . The hiring criteria of this organisation matched ditto with my profile. Even though I honestly did not hear about the company before, I dived into it. And oh! I'm genuinely so happy that I did.

It's been half a month since I've been a part of the CollegeTips.in setup and not for once do I regret being here.

Collegetips.in focuses on the holistic development of the trainees. The work here is not based upon a single genre, like music or acting. There's so much to do that the list doesn't end. Reviewing products, writing production campaigns, writing vlogs, editing, so on and so fore.

One of the highlights of getting hired at collegetips.in is that nobody needs to go through a lengthy and at times hopeless interviews session. Everyone, every applicant gets a chance at Collegetips.in. Fair and square, there's no interview or any process as such for a candidate's selection.

CollegeTips.in also has bragging rights about being the only company in India where candidates can work with colleagues from different states altogether.
