Today I woke up early-ish to go shopping. I ended up leaving my house late which stressed me out - this was the beginning of the end for me. I left my house without my water bottle, or lip balm, or headphones... because I only have small crossbody bags and didn't want to put the extra stuff in a tote bag. I made it to the metro, missed a train, and saw that I had to wait 10 minutes for the next one. I already felt very pressed for time and faced with 10 minutes to myself I began to stress out over the time, over not being able to listen to my music, over not having the essentials with me (water, lip balm, hand sanitizer, etc.)... and it was too much for me. I said fuck it and went back home. I literally wasted a metro ticket and felt so foolish. I went home and cried to my mom about how I'm incapable of doing anything normal. I had finally talked myself into going shopping because I need new jeans and fucked it up. It was the only thing I had promised myself to do today. So yeah, I get you. Just wanted to tell you're not alone. Dunno if this helped. I'm giving you a head pat. Better yet, imagine how Tae would give you a warm hug if he could and sing Blue&Gray to you :)

oh :( i'm so sorry that you had such a bad day, love. sometimes it just doesn't work out, right? see, i didn't even get out of the bed today for it to turn into a complete disaster :') and you still got out of the house and tried to make it better, honey. that counts! you tried and that what matters.
