i know life might be a lot right now, but do your best to be BRAVE. you’ve already survived 100% of your worst days. im proud of you for coming this far.

PERSEVERE through the bad times. there is something worth sticking around for, whether it be meeting your new best friend or getting to eat your favorite food.

this world is not fair. it is up to us to push for JUSTICE.

others are also having a hard time. have PATIENCE with them. this does not mean forgiving them for everything, but it does mean waiting to see if they really want to change. hopefully they want to be better too.

life will test you. show INTEGRITY, and do not back down in your beliefs. this does not mean be unwilling to learn and grow, but it does mean you should hold on to whats important to you.

perhaps most importantly, when you can, show KINDNESS. remind your friends you love them. stop to help someone who is having trouble speaking up. treat yourself with kindness too.

life wants to fight. fight back when you can, rest when you need to. love yourself. love others. STAY DETERMINED, my child.
