He couldn’t think of anything to say currently, however he didn’t think it was necessary for him to talk in the first place. Instead he just watches Heather paint his nails, amused. He can’t say he’s really had his nails painted in color, and has no experience with the craft either.

He tilted his head confused at the random request, but he accepted anyways, “Uh. Sure, I don’t see why not?” As there can’t be any harm in it at least. So why not?

He took a seat. Trusting Heather's advice pretty much as truth, even though he should’ve been a tad more suspicious about someone who he doesn’t know well doing his nails. “Alright, I’ll try to do that.”
