Some quick news, because the recent activity has reminded me to check it.

The Italian official edition and Spanish official edition have both been completed.

I reiterate that we are not working anymore - not now not ever, on any manga. This blog is just an archive.

The English translation is now in the hands of @dokidokimaster, who is currently having a crowdfunding drive to cover the last leg of the road.

Hi, do you know where I can find Vol 16 and 17 of Kaze To Ki No Uta? I saw your recent post of the last chapters... and I noticed you are translating mangas. Could it be posible to translate it? If you want the RAWS, I have them, I can help you if you need it. :D. Pd: Sorry if my English is bad 🥺

Since a lot of people read kazeki scans from manga readers that might not be up-to-date, I decided to compile a small post about the whereabouts of each currently translated volume. Most of this information is taken directly from Artemis Project’s tumblr.

I know you're not translating anymore, but recently around 4 volumes have been uploaded. Do you know who translated them? Because I'm unable to see Volume 13 chapter 6 and 7, so I wanted to find them, so they could maybe release the translated chapters again. Anyway, thank you for your previous hard work! I'm extremely thankful! ! I still love the manga (maybe I should try learning Japanese so I can translate this and retranslate Ai no Kusabi lol).

Thank you for your interest, but the team in the literal sense of the word no longer exists, hence “we” are no longer looking to translate anything. This blog is just an archive now, even if questions might be answered from time to time.

Hello! I just wanted to check with you if vol10 pages 21-114 (inbetween your vol10 ch1 release and kazetokinoscans vol10 releases) haven't been scanlated into English yet? So there's an unscanlated gap in vol10? I'm asking since dokidokimaster on tumblr recently released vols 12&13 which might be also interesting for your followers! Thank you for all your hard work you've done!

I don’t have the scans handy right now in order to check the pages, but in any case our scanlation stops here: Kaze to Ki no Uta v10 c01If nobody picked it up in the meantime, most of Volume 10 should still be untranslated.

no, we have access to raws. a lot of our members are young adults and became very busy with school and/or work.

Hi ! I was very sorry about the project being abandonned. You did an excellent job working on the series. I have a question though : how (or where) have you read about Kaze being released in French ? As a french person i've been waiting for this for ages, but i've seen no anouncement concerning kaze from any french editor...

Hello, that was a memory hiccup, we’re sorry!

As far as I understand, it’s being officially released in Spanish and Italian. No news, as far as I know, of any French edition. However, I think the French scanlation is still on-going.

Is this project still active?

I was waiting for another mod to answer this but it’s been a long time and a lot has happened so: honestly I’m not sure. Everyone kinda ghosted for a few months. A few people are getting active again but since Kaze is getting released officially in French, some of us are also talking about ending this scanlation project. This answer isn’t a final word, but I’d say you shouldn’t count on us posting more--especially since our update posts now wouldn’t show in the tags iirc because of tumblr neutering the ability to post links. I just don’t know whether we’re going to continue or not right now, I’m sorry.

Hey I just watched the OVA last night and I’m still shook and now I’m scouring the internet for translations. The website I normally use has up to Vol 9, maybe one part from Vol 10. Where are your team at right now in the translating process? Are you gonna sell it/do the whole thing? Do you know how many volumes there are? This is so niche I just can’t find info so pls forgive my ramble but I will do anything I can to support you guys!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We’re doing the whole thing. We’re on early volume ten right now, and we’ve got some stuff coming up in the near future. (Unfortunately because of college and things like that, some of our members are hard to get ahold of, so right now we’ve actually got at least one chapter finished we haven’t been able to post yet.) And yes, we’re planning on doing the whole thing. There are 17 volumes, which you can learn on Wikipedia. And we’re never going to sell this scanlation, it’s a free project and we highly encourage readers who want to own physical copies to buy it in Japanese or in upcoming non-English official translations.

I can't imagine how hard it can be but I seriously adore it so much and have to thank you only because it's just your merit if I'm able to read it. That being said, I just wanted to ask you: since part of volume 10 and volume 11 have already been translated, after you end this part of volume 10 you're going straight to volume 12? Thank you again!
