The concepts for this unit room are warm, clean, compact, and practical. So I choose brown and white colors, with light green to give a fresh environment. For this unit, I made many of cabinets to store a lot of stuffs, and we can feel a spacious room.

This one is my favorite house design. I worked on a small area to meet the standard requirement of a permanent residence with 2 bedrooms. Two things that were considered as important are the circulation of air and light, because I have to maximize the availability of the site. Although this house can be said to exclusive form the neighborhoods for the security, but from the inside this house can be felt quite extensive and healthy.

This is a project that I call the master plan design project. The site is located on a contour extreme plateau, in Puncak, West Java. The concept of the building is semi-permanent for retaining existing condition. The broad outline functions are a farm vacation and outdoor activities, to enjoy the fresh mountain atmosphere.

Now, the project is about a Shop house design which is built in Jalan Pasir Kaliki. Shop house which consists of 3 floors is divided into two parts. A third part of the building used as a house and a store for the owner, while two thirds of its parts will be rented as an office.
The composition of the facade is a result of the arrangement of space inside the building. Here, I tried to minimize the use of excessive ornamentation. Glass elements are expected to give the impression of light and clean.

This house was built as a continuation of the first dwelling house belonging to Mr. Bachtiar. This house consists of two floors and three bedrooms. But the second floor is a podium with a vast void, so the space under it could be wider.
The house is inhabited by a retired couple, so they don’t need a big house. Small house is enough but without a narrow impression.

This project is not a residential project, but a villa in the middle of density on Jalan Pungkur. The site is located directly behind the owner house.
The purpose of this villa is for receiving guest and the family’s owners which are greeted with a cool space in the middle of urban congestion. The concept that I proposed is a simple design and interflow with nature. The interior part has no lot of divider to provide a wide impression. Separation between interior and exterior are doors can be shifted widely, so it can provide an unity between interior and exterior side.

This is an interior projects for a doctor clinic in Kiara Condong – Bandung. Some areas that need to be renovated at an early stage are an reception area, an pharmacy, a waiting room, and an attending physician room.
As we know that the Kiara Condong area is a fairly densely populated area, so then the required character of the space are warm, friendly, and clean. Wood material, brown and white colors are chosen for this purpose.

In public zone, it has a carport, a car garage, and a terrace.
In semipublic/semi private, it has a salon, a dining room, a pantry, a living room, and a guest room.
In private room, it has one master bed room with a private office, a walk-in-closets room (WIC) and a bathroom. In the second floor, there are two kids’ rooms, a bathroom, and a private library.
For a service area, we provide a kitchen, a washing and drying area, a janitor, a store room, and so a maid’s bedroom.

Bumi Bandhawa (http://www.bumibandhawa.com/) is a boutique hotel. The hotel building was designed by Mr. Antonius P. Nugroho, S.T. as the main architect and it built at Cigadung, in North Bandung. For this project, I contributed to design the master plan: layout, zoning, and landscape. The main concept of landscape is to provide space experience in the thematic area. The theme is nature by preserving the existing vegetation. Some of the functions that I proposed are a jogging track, a swimming pool, a children's play area, and an outdoor terrace for the café.

Bachtiar Dormitory is an initial planning of the existing house. Before, this site will be built as a dormitory with 20 bedrooms and a window for each room. It is good for air and light circulation. The concept is minimalism and simple, to give the impression of light and clean in a building that will be populated for more than 15 people. The design was also customized with the dwelling house next door, which has the same owner. But then, the owner changed this design become his private house in the next 2 years.
