“I only support abortion if the pregnancy is caused by rape! Otherwise it’s murder!” Yall don’t get the concept that abortion is genuinely essential healthcare. I know women, who have DESPERATELY wanted children, who had stable incomes, who had amazing husbands, get pregnant and later an abortion. Abortion can be needed because of many reasons; like someone’s health, complications, or sudden issues in anything. It really sucks that healthcare has to be CONDITIONAL in order to be provided.

 Also; an abortion isn’t as simple as these people think. It takes time to recover from, both physically and emotionally. It isn't as simple as you clicking a "delete" button on a device. It has a process and you can't just spam having sex and then spam abortions like some of you claim. Stop putting rules on needs like healthcare. Stop arguing on things that you don't care enough to research. If you think emergency procedures should be conditional, maybe you need to rethink yourself.

Oh and to add on, abortions can only happen in a certain period of time during a pregnancy; like early stages. If the ‘baby’ (the clump of cells) doesn’t have a heartbeat and isn’t conscious yet, then why are you all calling it murder?? That’s like saying swallowing a man’s sperm is cannibalism.
