This year was really hard for me and I felt the anxiety harder than I ever had before and it made so many things so hard to do like going out or enjoying time with the people I love so I took a step back and then I started feeling super sad and alone all the time and I had so much trouble sleeping and working and everything and then Kayla stopped seeing me unless she didn't have a boyfriend and wouldn't respond to texts and every time I tried to talk to her she made it about herself and it made everything so much harder so I stopped talking to her and then my other old friend told me I was a shitty friend for being distant and it sucks so much because I understand and I wish I'd been there for her and done a lot of things differently but I also can't shake the fact that I seriously considered killing myself this year and I had no one to talk to about it and I had a lot more trouble with eating than I had sophomore and junior year and I couldn't get myself to ever be happy and I was so fucking lonely and didn't have people to talk to and now everything just hurts and I'm laying in bed 3000 miles away from all of them crying because probably everyone I know back home thinks I'm a piece of shit but I didn't mean to do any of that and if they read this they'd tell me I was being emotionally manipulative but that's not what I was trying to do by telling everyone I wasn't ok
