LUX IS NOT AN EVIL GOD, CONFIRMED

If you haven’t read Lux by James Goss yet, In the novel, there’s a whole chapter dedicated to Lux’s point of view.

And what it discusses is… quite interesting for a god. The following screenshots are from the novel

Based on the chapter, Lux did not have any original malicious intentions. He entered the theater because he wanted to be worshipped by the people (which, understandable. He’s a god, after-all).

He only trapped the victims because he wanted what they had, life. And he didn’t know how to obtain that.

He also only “became evil” because the Doctor and Belinda refused to worship him and decided to fight back, which upset him.

Lux also had Reginald play movies for him because they made him feel warm on the inside. He even learned the waltz that Reginald and his wife did nightly to try and mimic the love they had.

All Lux wanted was to feel loved and worshipped by people. He wanted to feel alive instead of cold on the inside.

So ladies and gentleman of the jury, Lux is NOT an evil god. He just went the wrong way about solving his problems.

I have two ideas floating in my head rn:

Mr ring a ding theme but it’s tenna (animation??? Animatic?? Yeah)

and

Your idol saja boys but it’s lux imperator… “I can set you free if your all a part of me” just screams him

Coming back to this because reading the lux novel it makes much more sense..

Both are zany gods that just want to be loved…

I sprained my knee, so im Putting two gods in the same room and seeing what happens

Op thank you I have been imagining this in my head for ages,, he literally reminds me of Spamton.. and his design looks like if Toby fox drew him as a joke character but somehow was made real

Okay so everyone this is Lum say hello to Lum.... she's a stage manager who works for Tenna and helps him with tech savvy things such as email :) Just like the other channels she is also stuck in the past, but she's pretty progressive as far as tech can go
