Third appeal has been sent:
To Whom It May Concern,
My blog (URL: rabbits-of-negative-euphoria, Title: The Hat Is Paramount) was terminated on July 18th. I appealed it that night, a week ago, and again the following Friday, but have received no reply. The termination was apparently on the basis of a quotation by Michael Knowles I posted which was wrongly labeled as encouraging, promoting, or inciting violence or “hatred of, or dehumanizing, individuals or groups based on race, ethnic or national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or disease.” The post did no such thing; it was a valid critique of an abstract idea in the proverbial marketplace, not any one person or group of persons. As you may read, the Knowles quotation expresses compassion and empathy for the very group I have been accused of maligning. I have run this blog for 10 years without any T&S censures leveled against me in all that time. Please correct this error and reinstate it.
Should my blog not be restored 48 hours from now, I will contact other Tumblr decision-makers.
Thank you.
🫡
Ok here’s the game plan for getting my blog back:
Tuesday, July 18 - I politely but firmly appealed my blog’s termination via the link Tumblr emailed me.
Friday, July 21 - I will again politely but firmly appeal via this link.
Tuesday, July 25 - Having waited a week with no results, I will once again appeal, and give them 48 hours before I email support and whichever other Tumblr decision-makers I can find (like the CEO). I’ll also hop on Twitter and do the same there.
Friday, July 28 - I will follow through on that promise, including a time-sensitive warning of escalation, because there are First Amendment issues at hand.
At the end of that deadline, I will eschew Tumblr channels and go over their heads. Hopefully it won’t come to that, but you can use your imagination.

before terminating my main blog (rabbits-of-negative-euphoria) , Tumblr removed 2 of my posts. I know one was the Michael Knowles quotation because I can see it in the url they sent to me:
Tumblr media
(I cannot view it though because it has been removed).
But they also removed another post, and I have no idea which one, as the url is just a series of numbers:
Tumblr media
Since I’ve been on hiatus during July, I assume it’s one of my queued posts, though I could be wrong. I plugged it into the Wayback Machine with no luck.
So if you are a follower of my deceased blog and you can remember reblogging any of my once-daily queued posts in the past 20 days which are no longer on your blog, please let me know.
And if @staff would like to chime in to tell me exactly which of the New York Times bestselling authors I shared so egregiously violated their thought-crime policies, that’d be nice too.

This is the text of the appeal I sent:

and this is the quotation for which my blog was terminated:
“For the good of society, and especially for the good of the poor people who have fallen prey to this confusion, transgenderism must be eradicated from public life entirely.”
I posted it by itself with no commentary. They are not my words, they are the words of one of America’s most popular commentators at the third biggest political event in the nation. Even if it could be called hate speech (it cannot), it would not be my speech.
And Tumblr should know, as a social media platform with over 100 million active monthly users, that a bill passed the Texas Senate which would make this kind of censorship against a Texas citizen such as myself illegal.
@staff @rabbits-of-negative-euphoria
howdy folks I was having a lovely month off social media when I received an email that my 10-yr-old main blog (rabbits-of-negative-euphoria) had been terminated for hate speech (I have never and will never post anything hateful), so I have made an appeal and now await an answer. sigh

@staff
I'm still in shock.
They killed my girl, rabbits-of-negative-euphoria. While she was on hiatus no less. The crime? A queued post quoting Michael Knowles during the CPAC. Yes that's right, covering the 3rd biggest political event in the US by quoting one of the speakers will get your entire blog nuked from Tumblr. A blog with 10+ years of good standing. Seriously? Quoting Michael Knowles is hate speech by the person who quotes him? Are we to be afraid of journalism now on this blogging platform?
Even the claims of hate speech against Knowles were retracted by the MSM. But watch out for anyone who dares to quote him on their blog, watch out for stepping on a landmine of covering some other political content.
