Her name is Marie (after Marie Antoinette) She was raised in a noble family in Marseille, which is a kingdom/island in the Grand Line. It is the name of a real city in France, which is actually the oldest French city if I recall correctly. Anyway, her parents had an arranged marriage which made her childhood really rocky because her parents literally hate each other. They would ignore her for the most part, or yell at her. She was pretty much raised by a handmaid tbh. Her parents only gave her attention when she acted up or to get an upper hand in an argument, so because of that, she tended to be a very bratty child. She would act out for attention. It was especially bad when she was 13. One night she snuck out and went into the poorer side of town. She kinda liked it but still thought poor people were below her (she was a cunt. ik.) When her parents found out she was sent to a boarding school. She was there for a looooooooooong time. She finally mellowed out when she was 16, so she could finally come home. Her parents arranged for her to get married (to a guy like 10 years older than her…) she was like “hell no” because she saw how miserable her parents are and didn’t want that life. Her and her mom got into an argument and so Marie ran away. Stupid move on her part because she has no life skills what so ever. She got kidnapped by pirates, almost died, then got saved by the Revolutionaries. She hated literally everyone, except Kuma. She especially hated Sabo once he came along though. She thought he was an annoying little kid (he was).
