Perhaps my all-time favourite thing about Noelle (and one that is CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED) is that, despite enduring god knows how much cruelty in her life, she never allows herself to continue the cycle of cruelty.

We're all familiar with characters who come from powerful and influential families who, despite being good at heart, still end up embracing some of the harmful behaviours and worldviews that their authority figures try to instill (i.e. Amity Blight from the Owl House); And what makes Noelle's story so poignant is that she didn't unlearn any malicious mentalities because SHE NEVER LEARNED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!

We plainly see in how she treats those close and distant to them that she never allows the cold-heartedness of her mother drop the temperature of her own heart, and she does this even when enduring OUR COLD-HEARTEDNESS IN THE SNOWGRAVE RUN AS SHE CONTINUES TO BE JUST AS CARING AND RIGHTEOUS EVEN AFTER ALL THE PAIN SHE ENDURES AND THE PAIN WE MAKE HER INFLICT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She truly is a goshdarn inspiration, isn't she? No matter what she suffers or endures, she never loses sight of her principles and values, and continues to hold herself together for those she cares about, no matter how much others try to break her, whether it be her mother or the player.

kris practically slowly killing themself to bring berdley to the hospital and stumbling all the way to noelle's house just to reassure her of everything. i hope all players die.

certain queers will really believe that gender and sexuality labels have rigid, unchangeable definitions that must be maintained and "protected" from evil queers who want to ID as transman lesbians or whatever, and then go on to act like they are any better than a raging transphobe crying about how the terms male and female "don't mean anything anymore"

One of the main reasons why I love Kriselle so much is that I can relate deeply to both Noelle and Kris, and how depressingly realistic their distance is despite both wishing to be as close as when they were younger. And the tragedy that comes from them attempting to do so.

There's some pretty obscure dialogue you can find in Chapter 4 where Ralsei roasts the fuck out of Susie and its awesome

You specifically have to tell Ralsei not to park his butt in the room with the couch, and then backtrack here before the final boss!
