It’s counter revolutionary. Guy Fawkes Night and the rhyme that goes with it are about celebrating the failure of the Gunpowder Plot. Guy Fawkes Night is a warning against revolution. They make a model of Guy Fawkes and set it on fire. It says "Start a revolution and we will kill and burn you."
