@cheesydelphox got this question before so I figured I'll write it here.
I build those with paper, plaster, glue and a little wire and toothpicks. Basically what I have laying around so the proportions don't always fit a 100% but I compare them to real funkos so its close enough. I started because 1. I couldn't find bases for the characters I wanted to build and 2. The bases I did like were expensive. This takes more time but I am pretty free woth the poses.
