FIRST MUSICAL I EVER SAW LIVE AND IT WAS SO GOOD <3<3<3333 (also extra fun BECAUSE I GOT TO WATCH IT WITH @ashleycakegamin ILYSM I MISS YOUUU <3<3)

I might go into a whole other post talking more in depth about it later on BUT WOW OH MY GOD I LOVED IT SO MUCHH EVERYONE WAS SO AMAZING THE CAST WAS AWESOME THE SONGS WERE SO GOOD AHHH I LOVED ITT <3<3 10/10 rare splurge-

also background characters got roles in the musical, which I don't know how other people felt about it (considering how they got parts in the musical instead of like RBA for example-) BUT I FOR ONE LOVED THAT LOVED THAT- BECAUSE I LOVEEE EXPANDING MORE ON BACKGROUND CHARACTERS, THEY'RE EVERYTHING TO MEE

(nack, mina, thomas, milieus, hanna, and franz my beloved)

also there were a suprising amount of kids,,, like,,, under the age of ten,,,,?? they weren't loud (from what I could tell, wasn't seated near them-) so I didn't really care since they had manners and all that, but WOW I was not expecting to see kids at the AOT musical LMAO

they didn't wanna cuddle, maybe they had an argument or something (they kept sliding around and I couldn't get a good picture)

DAY TWO ↓

I pretty much spent most of the day with Ashley, and was on a call with Mr. Foot ( @480pfootage ) so the three of us could talk n whatnot, so I didn't take many pictures-

Plus there was also wanting to actually enjoy my time and not focus on taking pictures (because I totally would forget to actually enjoy my time,,,)

Ate some food in Chinatown <3<3 (had to use a fork at first because my hands were shaking a lot because I was kinda in a bit of pain,,, Did manage to use chopsticks later on though, I'm making my chinese side proud)

Took them to see lady liberty <3

I don't know why Reiner looks slightly green here, I guess he gets seasick or something

Ahhh this post is pretty long now, I also wanted to show off the merch I got but I'll make that a separate post,,, I guess reijean (and connie) can have this win to themselves this time, they actually got a whole post for themselves

i can't wait to draw jean later

a/n: this isnt an x reader, just all the characters as quotes from another one of my most favourite books in the world, the kite runner!! i highly recommend this book, it made me cry, made me laugh, and then made me cry again, and then cry some more, but it was beautiful. i hope you enjoy reading this, as always, feel free to leave suggestions in my ask box!!

love, as we all know, in aot is tragic. this quote is literally me seeing any hints at love from isayama, because i know its going to end in disaster and sadness. but ymir and historia really hit me because ymir wanted to love so much and so selfishly, but in the end she willingly sacrificed herself, selflessly loving historia. ahhh its just sad and it makes me sad and this quote is sad and the whole book really is sad tbh.

this is such an eren quote because to save his friends he seriously would go through all the pain and suffering a thousand times over if it means his friends can smile for a day longer and love for a day more.

“It may be unfair, but what happens in a few days, sometimes even a single day, can change the course of a whole lifetime…” – Hange

hange, for me, is one of the most perceptive and understanding characters in aot. they know a whole deal more than they show and i feel like they’re stuck in this circle on inevitability and no matter how hard they try to get out of it, they can’t because of eren. it’s like they went from the fear of the certainty of death to the fear of the uncertainty of life. like will there be anything left to save.

jean was a bit annoying when he was younger but he grew into a really admirable and loyal young man. honestly he glew up, appearance wise and personality wise. he truly is a man of his words which is why this reminds me of him, he’s honourable.

“It always hurts more to have and lose than to not have in the first place” – Levi

he’s lost so many people. like so so many. he outlives all of his commanders, his squad members, his fucking eren. not in that way, as in he lost eren because he loved eren platonically, not romantically i don’t do that shit, sorry. levi’s lived such a tragic life, but I don’t think he regrets having loved. after all its better to have loved and lost than not have loved at all.

“There are a lot of children in Afghanistan, but little childhood.” – Everyone in AOT

literally saw people being eaten alive and murdered while they were 12 years old. all the characters in aot (aside from jean lmaoo) had a tragic and traumatic childhood. this quote reigns true for all of them.

warnings: death

eren: he would feel another humongous burden fall onto his shoulders. upon hearing the news, eren would immediately fall to his knees, screaming out in agony. he didn’t want to believe it, didn’t want to acknowledge it. but the constant sobs that racked through him were a ceaseless reminder to himself that you were gone. eyes now burning with a new found fury, eren seeks to avenge his two most loved ones.

mikasa: her heart would break. the world around her would spin and spin, her head felt like a tornado- an overwhelming whirl of emotions and memories rising. she’d place a hand on her head and suddenly felt light-headed. her tears were long fallen by now, she hadn’t even noticed her whimpers getting louder. she was too fixated on the fact that it felt like half her soul had been ripped from her.

armin: armin doesn’t know how to respond. he’ll ask again, “what?” and when he hears the confirmation from levi’s lips for the third time, he’ll break down. he’ll cry and cry, banging his fists on the floor with so much force that his knuckles start to bruise and bleed. his chest feels heavy and he finds it hard to breathe. he’ll stay in the same spot for hours, fresh tears streaming down to replace the ones that’ve dried.

plagued by thoughts of you and pro hero bakugou trying for a baby and you getting a positive pregnancy test a week or two before Father’s Day

giving him the test on Father’s Day itself and he just. drops to his knees and wraps his arms around your middle. keeps mumbling “thank you” into your tummy. tearfully saying “i’m gonna be a dad. we’re gonna be parents.” please ur honour i love him

I’m so so soft for this. Imagine if you’ve been going to the doctors to find out why you can’t conceive and the doctors have said that it’s because of Bakugou- like there’s a problem with his sperm count that makes it difficult for him to conceive and Bakugou just feels like ass. Because he’s so used to being the best at everything and being told he’s the best, so when the doctor says that it’s his fault you’re not getting pregnant? And he’s the reason why you’ve spent so many nights crying and feeling like a failure he hates it. 

So the moment you find out you’re pregnant he’s so emotional about it, because it’s what you’ve both wanted for so long, and you’ve been trying so hard. And it’s like all this love and emotion starts pouring out of him and he just drops to his knees to cuddle your belly🥹

i am an ageless blog (my rule is 15+), which means i’ve had both minors and adults interact with my blog. i don’t mind either! what i do find uncomfortable however, is having clearly NSFW and 18+ blogs interact with my SFW ageless blog despite them having in their rules and bio that ageless and minors cannot interact. do NOT interact with ageless blogs if you don’t want to be exposed to potential minors. 

it doesn’t make sense. these blog’s rules clearly state that minors and ageless blogs cannot interact with the blog but proceed to interact with an ageless blog. it’s making me uncomfortable- some of these blogs leave kind comments on my fanfics and i appreciate it greatly, but when i go to reply to their comments, i notice many have “ageless blog/minors dni” when they were the first to initiate contact w an ageless blog. 

you are interacting w blogs without knowing if they are a minor or not, which is an essential rule for some blogs- i understand this concern, but they are not taking the necessary precautions to avoid exposing themselves to minors. so if u want to keep minors and ageless blogs away from your blog, make sure you do the same when interacting w others. thank you

it’s rare for bakugo to be as relaxed as he is now. there’s always something or the other tugging at the back of his mind, whether it’s his friends’ nagging, hero work, or another weekly existential crisis. it’s hard to get away from everything, to find a place where the most volatile thing in a twenty mile radius is him. 

you grab bakugo’s hand, pulling him out of his thoughts and through the vast expanse of the wispy white flowers along with you. bakugo runs with you, not knowing what else to do. you’ve got him trapped, consuming his senses like how the smoke from his palms and the dust from the dandelions consume his lungs and filling his head with hope he prays isn’t false. hope isn’t for men like him. men like him only know of hatred and guilt and the prison inside their heads. 

you’re not like him, he hopes you never have to be. in a way, you remind bakugo of the dandelions around your– transient, reduced to ash if he pushes you too hard. and suddenly, the dandelions are the least of his concerns. first, he loses himself in your smile. then, your scent, and finally, your voice. he’s powerless when you’re his opponent. 

“make a wish ‘tsuki!” your cheerful voice snaps him out of his stupor. only then does bakugo notice your amused expression and the dandelion in your hand. 

“what?” you shake the flower in front of his face again, laughing harder this time. bakugo grimaces, but his eyes betray him. 

“blow on the dandelions and make a wish!” you shake the flower again, motioning for him to take it. bakugo shakes his head and mutters something about he’s not gonna make a fuckin’ wish and how childish this ordeal is. but even he can’t stop his lips from twitching slightly upwards. 

“fine. i wish—” he rolls his eyes. 

“you can’t do that!” he tries to keep a straight face, but fails when he sees your pout. 

“can’t do what?” he’s doing it on purpose now, you know it. bakugo gives himself away too easily, from the way he leans in towards you to the way his voice lowers and the way the corners of his mouth tug upward the closer he gets to you. you play along with him, grabbing fistfuls of his shirt in your hands and pulling him closer. 

“you can’t say the wish out loud. it won’t come true,” you whisper. bakugo rolls his eyes, hoping you can’t see the tremor of his hands shaking the dandelion or hear the way his breathing quickens (spoiler alert: you can, you’re just too nice to say anything about it). bakugo blows on the small dandelion in his calloused hands. and he wishes, at least as much as a man like him can. 

i wish i could stay here forever. with you.
