Life can be difficult

What do you do when you try your fucking hardest to be the best person you can be but you are consistently chucked hurdles?

I'm not even going to go into my ex-boyfriend drama because quite frankly he isn't even worth the words BUT that's a whole pile of shit which is constantly being harder and harder to be the bigger person through. I'm trying extremely hard to look at my life like all that shit happened when I was 24 and I'm 25 now and that's a new age, a new year, a new start and a new life. But fucking hell that's hard sometimes.

My medication once again is all up in the air, my new injection doesn't seem to be working, I have an appointment on Thursday which I'm absolutely dreading. I don't even know if there is another medication option, I've been on so many already, tried so much. I'm at my wits end with this. I really wanted this injection to work more than anything and it doesn't seem to be, how do I go from here?

Oh and to top it off my mild lactose intolerance had developed into being sick when I have tea. So now I can't have proper tea anymore, or a normal pizza.

Basically so far being 25 has been a fucking roller-coaster one I'm trying very hard to not scream through.
