i know you're my sworn enemy or whatever but i don't care i want to give people presents >:)

How many times must I express that I do not celebrate? My operatives do, but I do not. One of the other birds keeps sending me cards despite knowing this. It doesn't look good when you start sending classified intel, @ag3nt-ph0en1x. Oh, right. They are too busy being experimented on to answer... Oh well. Anyways, if you came to my office, I'll tell you directly.

There's a box left on Ari's desk, wrapped in a pink ribbon. A card on top simply says "A gift from your secret Santa", signed with a drawing of a flower.

Inside is a red lighter with gold engraving of a stylized phoenix on one side and the EOD logo on the other.

[he holds the lighter in both hands, observing the way it catches the light.]

[after a few minutes of admiring the gift, he TKs it in the air.]
