This is admittedly my first time drawing a Chien-Pao (despite it being my personal favorite of the Treasures of Ruin design wise), so it took a little bit for me to figure out how to draw yours. Plus, I’m admittedly a bit rusty after barely drawing for the past couple weeks. But hey, when the inspiration to draw hits-

I wanna do this but... A little smth different this time.

I WILL NOT BE FOCUSING PRIMARILY ON MEWS/TWOS. I WILL BE PRIORITIZING CRACKSHIPS WITH OTHER POKEMON OCS. You can still suggest a mew/two of mine since I'm aware I kinda. Am overloaded with those and it's easier than scowering for a different one but generally I'm gonna prioritize the OTHER pokemon crackships :33 send em over!

*Destino saunters up to Chien Pao, smug grin upon their face. Their voice oozed with sarcasm.*

Destino: You know, buddy, if I didn't want anyone to bother me, I'd think about putting a sign up or something. You telling everyone to leave just isn't gonna cut it. Unless you're someone like me. Ooo, or perhaps a fence. Can you make some sort of fence with your ice powers or are you useless now with that injury? Then again, taking one look at you, you don't seem like the type of Pokémon strong enough to be able to do something like that. If not, you would have already done what I've suggested. Unless, and this is going to be a shock to me, you actually want other Pokémon to help you? Don't expect any from me though. I'd rather not get any of your blood on my fur. Blood isn't easy to wash out of white fur.

Up high in the mountains is a cold soul with a sharp tongue. His heart has long frozen over. But perhaps, with time, his icy walls will thaw.

This Chien Pao goes by he/him! However, alternate pronouns don't bother him.

Your characters may make an impact on him! Be it negative or positive. It truly depends what aspects I wanna keep but I'm very excited to see what connections he'll make so character interactions are encouraged!

I'm pretty much making this up as I go along, since I find stories a lot more fun with this kind of flexibility. I have ideas for large plot points and canon characters to show up, but other than that, it's influenced a lot by the asks sent in!

Hey Chien Pao, aren't you supposed to be sealed behind a shrine thing in Paldea?

How did you escape?

"I was a sitting Psyduck, alone in that pit. I hauled myself out and searched. Searched and searched and searched for somewhere nobody would disturb me..."

"... It appears I did not look long enough."

"Can't you just leave me be? I'm in enough pain as is."

Goro: "Wow, that sure is a lot of snow! Perfect for an Ice type like me~ hey, why live up all the way here, though? Doesn't seem very convenient. Seems like more trouble than it's worth."

The pokemon seems to be injured... That gash doesn't look like it feels nice.

The young giratina teleported randomly there, before taking a peek from outside the cave. "Hello! Is anyone there? Ya really need to get a more warmer house becuz- bRrRRR Its freezing!!!!" The young giratina shivered as his blue wings covered half his body.

"Don't. Move."

The pokemon snarls, baring its teeth as it exhales an icy, visible breath.

The Giratina is frozen in place by his feet– however, the ice is thin. It could be easily shattered by a strong enough movement.

"You shouldn't have come here. Can't you understand I do not wish to be bothered?"
