DJ is standing by a black car, his bag hanging loosely over his left shoulder, staring out at the camp, taking it all in.
"Well, this is it," he sighed.
No one has come to see him off, he knows that. That doesn't mean he won't remember everyone he has met. He wasn't popular at camp, he knew that. But he had a small selection of friends he hung out with all the time, the pranks he pulled and was pulled on him, the arguments he's had over what songs he played, the laughs he's shared with them whenever he'd ruin a moment, the nicknames he's earned, everything.
And he was going to miss it all.
