I’ll Make a Man out of You - my character decides to try and shape up yours.

“Yoga keeps you flexible and it burns calories so you can eat more sweets.  It’s a win win,” Susan chirped out brightly. 

As they walked into the studio, Dwight sneered and began looking for possible exits.  “Working the beet fields keeps me flexible and for any of my other fitness needs I employ isometrics.  You’d get a far better workout helping with the upcoming harvest and I’d charge you less for the privilege than whatever you’re being taken for here.”

Susan sighed as they found their spot and she laid out her mat on the floor.  “It also relieves stress and helps you to focus,” she muttered out absently.   She peered over at her friend and wondered if this had been a good idea after all.  The man was slightly soft, but he really wasn’t in terrible shape.  Positioning herself into downward dog, she listened to the teacher’s soothing voice and tried to center herself.

“That is the same position an animal makes when it has a kidney infection, Susan.  Do you have a kidney infection?”  He stood and nodded resolutely.  “Stop!  Everyone!  I need 3 gallons of boiling water and 5 leeches!”

This had definitely been a bad idea.

Whats beet juice used for?

Beets should be listed as a super food. Beet juice is concentrated beet, and therefore, concentrated super food.

What is beet juice used for? Oh, I don't know, hmm.. Oh wait, I know exactly.

Stamina, bloodflow, lower blood pressure, aside from give you vital nutrients so you can continue "living". How? Beets are rich in natural chemicals called 'nitrates'. Through and chain reaction, your body changes nitrates into nitric oxide, which helps blood flow and blood pressure.

Of course, I can raise and lower my own blood pressure through the sheer power of my mind.

For me, the beets are a rich source of flavour.
