The Masked Hisui!!

(I had this little idea floating around ever since I found out they were handing out these silly Zoarark masks in the Pokemon Legend’s mystery gift box ;w;

Just like, some masked hero-type protagonist who goes around doing miscellaneous hero stuff and isn’t really affiliated with any clan or organization.

 I’d like to think Arceus sent Gastly to Hisui as a way for her to repent for the whole uh, gengar incident haha. Something like the classic “Do 100 good deeds” or whatever.)
