I started replaying PLA last night and I just realised how much angst potential there is in this game

I mean the player character is visibly Just Along For The Ride but when you stop and think about it (and choose the dialogue options that play into it) you realise that they've had everything familiar and comfortable to them stripped away against their will and are in a strange land with strange creatures that everyone around them insists are deadly and are being told "hey, go and fight these deadly creatures in exchange for food and shelter or we leave you to die alone and starving in the cold."
