bts has literally had the biggest fucking gap in votes for this award, like winning shouldn’t even be a question by now. But this? this is just unbelievable. They have. EVERY. SINGLE. REASON. to get this win yet they are STILL crossing fingers they are still hanging on this hope to win like I’m sorry but this level of humbleness is so great, so UNBELIEVABLE like I always knew they were humble but this, this just makes my heart grow 7 times and you cannot tell me not to be annoying about them, not to SHOUT THEIR NAME at the top of my lungs, not to give them my FULL support when they have come SO FAR and yet all they show is STILL those 7 boys from Seoul, Gwangju, Daegu, Busan and Gwacheon

I can’t believe that my boys, the only idol group under a small label that was in debt at the time of their debut, who used to sleep with all seven members in one small room, with one on a bare mattress on the floor- my boys who would spend 100% of their free time practicing and working on music even until the early morning- my boys who have actually never stopped working since their debut- my boys who had to deal with people telling them that they would never make it, that they were hiphop wannabes, that they weren’t “real” artists, who had to deal with their own ups&downs with their mental health, are now not only rich&successful but have become the group to pave kpop’s way into international fame and are now the first korean act to ever attend the bbmas, one of the largest american music awards. I am so so so proud.

It feels like Im the only one who doesnt hate Pewds for his K-pop video. Like, what is wrong with what he said? He's just being his normal pewds self and tbh I dont think anything he said was wrong. Am I tHe OnLy OnE?!

nah, you’re not the only one. felix just gave his opinion of the boys & kpop in general and that’s okay. he’s allowed to have his own opinion. 

and you’re right, he was just being his self. 

he’s become really raw with his comedy over the past few months (which i find really funny and i enjoy his content a lot because of). he’s like this with other people he talks about, so i think people are just butthurt cause he said their faves weren’t all that attractive (although later on he retracted that) / he said he doesn’t particularly like their music. 

my message to y’all - there’s more important things to worry about than a comedian on youtube saying his dick inflated watching bts music videos, considering our own fandom has done and said much worse
