Sterling squeaked indignantly at Calynn for putting her in the playpen, crawling in circles to find the exit and whining when she could find it especially because she couldn't find Bodach or her papa. "Oh baby bat, your cousin is there I promise." He smiled softly, setting some snacks and drinks in the pen for the kits to have as well as showing Bodach her favorite little stuffed animal. It was a plushie of a angler fish.

"They may stop by, I think Atlas has been wandering in the forests and by the lakes to try and find the others. We both know it won't help..." Primo said quietly as he returned to Calynn with a sorrowful look in his eyes. He had lost three of his mates and had to be strong to care for their kit and the others who seek him out for comfort or advice.

The snow white kit was about the size of a golden retriever puppy.

Sterling trilled happily and nuzzled her little head against Bodach, wings flapping with excitement as she warmed up to him now and saw him as an equal. "Mm she has gotten good at exploring. They have not been around very often, when they are it is for a short time to make sure Sterling and I are okay. We lost Chain and Plasma." Primo said it quietly, still knowing that Sterling didn't understand yet. She only got to know either of them for such a short time of her life.

Primo watched as Sterling crept closer until she had a paw on Bodach's nose, she squinted and sniffed before sneezing and managing to crawl across the gap onto Calynn to nuzzle against him and headbutt her older cousin.

"She is smaller than you definitely. But Sterling is blind, she cannot see you but can hear and smell you." He said softly, letting Sterling crawl over his shoulder a bit more to sniff at the kit. She extender her paw like a cat trying to touch something for the first time, still puffed up and ready to hide. But as her pink nose sniffled more, she caught Calynn's scent and chirped curiously. "She can still do all the things other kits can, she just needs a bit more help and patience."

The kit poked her head over his shoulder, cloudy eyes unmoving as her nose twitched and a soft hiss left her.
