Whatever happened to the dress you wore when you turned back into a mermaid on the Wedding Ship?

Hello, Anon! Do you mean my wedding dress? I'm pleased to say that I still have the dress, I've put it in a special place in my closet, and wrapped it up so it doesn't get ruined. The dress holds a lot of dear memories for me, since I was wearing it when I wed my true love, Prince Eric. If I'm being honest, I sometimes even put on the dress when I'm alone and dance around, remembering the special moment when I wore it!

You're the worst princess, my favourite is Belle, you're really dumb and you set a bad example for kids telling them to change their apearance to get what they want. Not happy. Even though I'll admit prince eric is the best looking prince.

Well I’m sorry you’re unhappy, Anon, and I can see why Princess Belle is your favorite, she is a very close friend of mine.

However there is no excuse for sending hate to anybody like that, it makes me upset to hear these terrible things you have said about me, and I’m sure others would be disheartened to hear these kinds of things said to them, also. I don’t believe myself as dumb, I do however see myself as being very naive when I was younger, and if I had my wits about me I would have not trusted the sea witch, but I was helplessly in love and it had driven me to take a chance on Ursula, as I thought she had changed.

I am not at all saying that the only way to get what you want is to change your appearance. Be yourself. I was always myself even when I had legs, it just meant I could be with humans, with Eric, and follow my dream. In no way should you ever try to change your appearance for anyone; it was my choice to give up my fins for legs and I’ll repeat that it never ever changed who I was inside and my personality - it was just another step in following my dreams. I encourage anybody to keep dreaming and keep believing, but make sure you help and work hard to achieve it!

At least I can say thank you about your kind words to my husband, but Anon, I must stress the fact that, this question made me very upset, and this is not how you should talk to anyone like!

hello ariel, how's life under the sea, has ursula tried to steal your tail again?

Hello, Anon! I'm afraid I'm a little confused. I no longer live in Atlantica, as even though I was transformed back into a mermaid because I didn't kiss my true love, Eric, in time, Daddy finally saw how much me and Eric loved each other, and how friendly and kind humans could be, and gave me my own pair of legs! As for Ursula, she was killed by Eric, as unfortunately there was no other way; she would have killed us both and ruled over Atlantica otherwise! I do miss life under the sea, but I see my merfolk family often enough to feel happy, and of course I have Eric and our daughter, Melody. Thank you for your question!

Thank you for the question, Anon! I must say, I find it pretty hard to visit my family back in Atlantica, as I now have legs and can only breathe for a short length of time whilst underwater! However, Daddy and my sisters come up to the shore by the rocks, and we all sit around and talk about all kinds of things - a lot of the time, Eric and Melody join us as well, and we all share stories about how we've been. I love seeing my family, as I don't live with them anymore, and I can miss them an awful lot. Luckily, I have a family here on land, too, who I love ever so much.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE INANIMATE OBJECT?

What a great question, tumblrbot! Back when I had fins and all, I used to just love swimming around and collecting fascinating objects that humans had left behind! I explored shipwrecks and the vast ocean, and I often came across something quite wonderful! I would store all my treasures in my secret grotto, where me and Flounder would play around with them. We often consulted our seagull friend, Scuttle, who told us what these human things were (although now I have come to know that he wasn't always right!)

So I think my favorite inanimate object has to be one of the wonderful items I have found whilst I was a mermaid. And with that in mind, I would have to choose a dinglehopper!

Humans use the word 'Fork' for a dinglehopper and use it as cutlery when they eat food, but I much prefer to brush my hair with them, as Scuttle taught me!

how is your hair so red - I want it!!!!

Thank you, Anon, I love it, too! As for where I got it, well, I’d have to tell you It’s my natural colour! I know it’s not a normal hair colour to be born with, but saying that, I was also born with a fish tail! :D I’m sure there’s someway you could get your hair that shade of red - I hear they sell hair dye in some places - how clever! You could always go for a wig - I know a lovely lady who sells wigs down in the kingdom, I could ask her to make you one, if you’d like! Thank you for the question!
