[ They both seem to deflate at this new knowledge. They wanted a new brother and sister Squiddle. Quincy rakes a tendril through Jessica's hair in disappointment, giving her a little squeeze ]

QUINCY: " Ohh .. Oh sorry.. No no no. Not a squiddle.. A Jessica !! "

SEVYN: [ A tentacle bops Fitz right on the nose ] " And a flitter roy !! "

QUINCY: "So pink. How pink!"

[ In an instant a much taller squiddle would appear over Fitzroy, a sound of soft echoed hissing filled the room ]

SCUD: " Yes. We do not look scary right now, because there is no need. We only need to rely on that when we are threatened. " SCUD: " But by all means. Give us a reason. "

[ Someone is not very happy ]

"Yo, Quincy!! How are you so pretty?" -Void

[ The squiddle floated there in silence for the longest time, expression completely blank ]

[ ..Before slowly.. with time.. her usual horrified expression gradually faded into view. Only this time, it had a twisted smile contorted onto it. The amount of giddiness Quincy was experiencing was unbelievable ] [ She can barely respond, aside from letting out the smallest little 'pipipi' and glubbing noises ]

[ POOR JESSICA. I totally get it though, the grip on Fitz's wrist was DISRESPECTFUL. Sevyn just doesn't know his own strength ]

QUINCY: [ From around Jessica, she leaned over to Fitz. At eye level with him ] " Sensitive to light ? " QUINCY: " Like us ? You are a squiddle. Like us ? " [ She raises up one of Jessica's tentacles, holding it like a trophy ] " She ? Like us ? "

QUINCY: "So pink. How pink!"

[ In an instant a much taller squiddle would appear over Fitzroy, a sound of soft echoed hissing filled the room ]

SCUD: " Yes. We do not look scary right now, because there is no need. We only need to rely on that when we are threatened. " SCUD: " But by all means. Give us a reason. "

[ Someone is not very happy ]

SEVYN: [ Probably the one mistake you could make with Sevyn is to initiate first contact. Instantly his tentacle whipped around Fitz's wrist and tightened. Like it was holding it.. but with a lot more force. Now he is never letting go.. Oh no.. now they're both wrapped up! ]

[ Quincy is heard making quiet little chirps, while Sevyn "holds" he expendable's hand and begins leading him down the dark corridors ]

QUINCY: "So pink. How pink!"

[ The chirps and noises from Quincy were nothing short of amazed. This little expendable-maybe-not-human was so small and squeezable. She taps her forehead against Casey's nose ] QUINCY: " Very. Hiii. Curious and friendly. So happy. Excited to speak to you. Hello hello. " QUINCY: " My friend Scud isn't curious. Quiet.. So so shy.. And big! "

[ Now there are TWO tendrils on her face, pushing and pulling at her cheeks like she was slime ]

QUINCY: " Have you seen Ruby ? "

"Omg it's my favorite Entities in this hellish base! The Squiddles!! Or what I have personally nicknamed you all. Buddies and homies."

An expendable exclaimed happily as they put their flash light away. They smiled widely at the Squiddles getting close but not too close to cause discomfort.

"Gah you little guys look so very adorable"

[ Quincy looms right over the other. If she was bothered by the other's presence, there was no indication of it. ] [ In fact, Quincy got even closer, echoing "buddies and homies" as she did so ]

[ A tentacle wrapped around Casey and squished her cheek. Like someone would do to a puppy ]

QUINCY: " Buddies. Homies. So biig. So big eyes. Wow wow.. hello buddies homies !! " QUINCY: " Hello !! With big eyes!! "

[ The interaction seemed pleasant. Just watch where her tendrils go, Quincy has a tendency to forget there are appropriate ways to hold people and sometimes she will carry them by their neck. Like a little.. stress doll ]

A slender human(?) walks into the room, their eyes letting off a soft pink glow. "...Hello? Anyone in here?" They don't look like an Expendable, but they don't look like one of Urbanshade's people either. Odd. @nostarshere

But it was as if these two knew this one was different ] [ The room was dark and vacant at first, but then Quinn would feel a slight breeze in front of them; and before you knew it, a Squiddle with long hair would be before them, eyeing them down ] QUINCY: " Ohh.. Ohhh.. Another one with pink. So pink.. So pink! You are like my Ruby. "

SEVYN: [ If his face wasn't contorted in such an unnatural expression, his excitement would've been so palpable!! His earfins flare up and wiggle, tendrils pressing into Fitz. Almost like a hug? More like a secure hold ] " Thank you ! Thank you, thank you. Thaank you ! "

QUINCY: [ She has, by now, wrapped Jessica up like a little Christmas present. Her attention was completely on the other two, especially interested in the search for Ruby ]

SCUD: " Although I prefer the name Scud. A lot less demeaning " [ They would swivel around Quinn, Quincy's gaze doesn't leave the "human"'s, more tentacles wrapping around their hands ]

SCUD: " And what would you happen to be. It wouldn't be human. Quincy would've torn you apart. But you don't look very mutated "
