[For Grundel] The cat thing ahem...do you mean the position or the pet?

{The Grundel made a disgusted expression at the ask.}

Grundel: Ugh, not like that, you buffoon! I... I had one of the children I corrupted kick a cat. And I'm—

{Grundel gagged as he felt that he was this close to puking out the next words he didn't want to say. Unfortunately for him, they did slipped.}

Grundel: —And I'm sorry, okay?

{Grundel blushes slightly and stands up}

Grundel:.. yes I forgive you. {he shifts on his feet still, a little uncomfortable, but trying to hide how happy he was that Sand apologized.}

{The Sandman beamed with joy before bear hugging the much smaller entity tightly. The Grundel, now struggling for air, stapped on Sandman's shoulder.}

Grundel: Y-You're choking me!

{Sandman quickly let go, sheepishly smiling at Grundel.}

Sandman: Sorry!

{Grundel stifles a sob}

Grundel:… am I forgiven..?

{The Sandman gave the entity a soft smile before helping the Grundel up to his feet.}

Sandman: Of course. I.. I truly thought of you no better than the others. But now, I realized my mistake. I hope you could find in your heart to forgive me.

{Grundel’s shoulders shake a little bit, he obviously HATES being so vulnerable}.

Grundel:…..please Sand? I really really need you..

Sandman: Oh, Grundel...

{His soothing voice sent shivers down the Grundel's body. Him cupping his chin oh so gently did not help either.}

Grundel: I-…. {he sighs}. Look Sand-… I’m sorry alright? Really, genuinely, truly sorry. It won’t happen again, and it only happened once? And if it makes it better, the cat was fine..?

{He looks to the ground, shifting his weight awkwardly and tipping his hat down over his head, his other hand clenching and unclenching as a nervous tick}

Grundel: I just-….. I really need the one and only person who cares about me back okay..?

{The Sandman's yellow eyes widen in shock, his hand clamped over his mouth.}

Sandman: Grundel, I...

{Before he could continue, the Grundel got down on his knees and hugged Sandman's lower half. The dream entity's cheeks flushed as he with both hands grabbed Grundel by his shoulders.}

Sandman: G-Grundel!

Grundel: well- wait- Sand! I don’t want to be left alone here… what if m- the ghostbusters find me..?

(Ooc: Grundel nearly said “master” btw, that’s what the m- is)

{Crossing his arms, the Sandman turned his head away with a quiet "hmmph".}

Sandman: It won't work on me! I'm not Samhain!

Sand!! Go exploring!! Take Grundel with you so the dumbass doesn’t make someone kick a cat again~

Sandman: Take him with me? Bah! He's too dangerous to be brought along!

Jade: *in the distance staring the 2 couples silently while they just having a talk to each other about the date* *mumbles* Should i be jealous or be supportive? Hell's Bells knows anyways...

(P.S: Jade Crystal was an human OC of mine who has a special abilities and the daughter spirit of Samhain. Jade and Samhain almost has a same personaz so yes if Samhain feels a little jealousy she do too LOL XD)

Sandman: I think I heard something.

{Grundel brushes it off at first.}

Grundel: It's just the wind. Stop being so paranoid.

{Then, he feel a gust of wind rushing past him, his hearing picking up something cursing at him. The parastic monster hissed at seemingly nothing.}

Grundel: Screw you too!

{Wat rolled his eyes at the two before walking away.}

Wat: Well, if you don't mind me, I'm going to enjoy my day off by myself.

Grundel: W-Wait! What about us?!

Wat: You'll be fine without me babysitting you two. Enjoy your date, lovebirds.

[For Sandman and Grundel]

Are you guys like friends or couple too? Just like tne pumpkin King and fear eating clown goat there? Be honest with me

Sandman: Well, I thought we had a kindred connection, asker. But after some time, it's clear that we're not compatible as partners, let alone friends.  Grundel: HOW ARE YOU STILL MAD AT ME FOR THE CAT THING?! IT WAS ONE TIME, ONE TIME!

Boogie: yes. :D

{Without warning, Boogie grabbed Samhain's hand and teleported away, leaving the Overlords by themselves.}

Boogie: but Sammyyyyy~

Samhain: Oh, okay! Fine! We'll do the date first! Happy?!

Boogie: please Sammy darling?

Samhain: No! Stop... tempting me!

{Boogie shrugged sheepishly, and gave a toothy grin}

Boogie: C’mon Sammy, please..? It’s been ages since we’ve had a proper date…

Samhain: I'm sorry, Boogie. But I can't. The Ghostbusters must be out of the way first.

{Boogie paused at Sam’s comment}

Well… Sammy, you know I’m as eager to get rid of those pesky ghostbusters as all of us are, buuut… since we’re here, might we do a little sight seeing first?~

Samhain: Really, Boogie? This may be our best shot to have the element of surprise, and yet you want to party? Must you always have party on your mind?

You guys are finally free in New York! What’s your first course of action?

Samhain: Isn't it obvious, asker? We will destroy the Ghostbusters once and for all! With our allied strength and brains, those meddlesome mortals won't know what hit them!

{Eleanor giggles quietly at the Overlords' antics, and waits as the Overlords entered the portal, then she entered behind them.}

{As soon as all of the Overlords and Eleanor were outside of the Unit, the Grundel started kissing the ground.}

Grundel: Yes! Finally! Freedom!

Wat: Ew...

{Boogie groans at the realization he has to bring the others, but he runs off and returns a few minutes later with Sandman, Grundel, and Wat in tow.}

Samhain: Yes.. it is coming together. Finally, we shall escape this prison and seek revenge against the Ghostbusters-

{The Grundel, who was between Boogie and Sandman, shoved the two aside and immediately head into the portal.}

Grundel: Dips!
