i think they should remove the bit from the ad where they say "feelings of dread" are a reason to call. i'm full of dread 24/7 but that's not ghosts, that's anxiety. it's making people think any sort of fear is because of a ghost and it's wasting all your time

I swear. I will use a pack on the next person who calls for some dumb reason. Like their cupboards creeking when they open them.
