I tried making a Sonic 18+ server once and i ended up getting rid of it cuz i realized i was the one solely in charge and i absolutely HATE that. I remember being apart of Sonic servers in the past and i remember feeling at home and having fun with it. Id want to make another one but I dont want to be the only person in charge it just feels like a lot.
I wish i could find an already established and active Sonic or Sonadow server already intact and i could just join in and be active anytime i felt like it. But i know the whole point of community is you have to cultivate and create it yourself to some degree if you want it to last. It doesnt just HAPPEN. Sigh. Without a designated discord for your fandoms to go to the internet just feels so void and lonely nowadays since nobody talks.

I unfortunately realized art is my only means of getting validation so drawing for fun doesn’t work anymore oops!
#exactly how i feel#like drawing for fun doesnt exist for me anymore i literally only draw or write when i crave validation anymore#not sure how to work on that frankly#but hopefully i can find my spark for loving art again#when i was a teenager i made stories 100% for myself and it was like pulling teeth when people wanted to see my work#because it was for ME and my enjoyment#that was over a decade ago. i miss that person sometimes#she was still sad like i am right now but at least she had her own way of doing things#anyway got wayyy too personal on someone elses post#im feeling for you chellychu ;~;
