(Scrap Paper): Ok this FOE spin off is set about 100 years after the bale fire bombs fell and is told throw the eyes of the first stable dwellers to recolonize the Equestrian Wasteland also it seems not all the stables were made just for ponies.

(Scrap Paper): Honestly I really thought more people would want free art, but all well.  Soooo  okay the FREE commissions for June is over and I’d like to say for those how had participated thanks for participating, I’m glad you enjoy my work, and letting me posts your requests :)

(Scrap Paper): Okay I got a commission done of my OC as a human by       Ask Flutterpsycho and I liked it sooo much I’m gana make it the replacement picture for Scrap Paper Stories.

My Philosophy on Commissions

(Scrap Paper): Commissions a request on behalf of another to make what they want. When one is made I believe that what is made is as much the property of the person requesting the commission as the one making it a reality. So I think the person that made it must ask the person from the one that requested it before posting it and vice versa. When a commission is made it is owned by both parties. As for me my answer would most likely be YES and I intern ask also for permission.  

Anyway that thought has been siting in my head for a while do too the fact that some artiest give restrictions on weather or not you could post something that is made for them and the people are always asking the artiest when it was the requester’s wish to have it exist in the first place.

ANYWAY AGAIN IF YOU LIKE WHAT I SAID WHY NOT RE-BLOG IT I’M CURIOUS TO KNOW IF ANYONE SHARE MY PHILOSOPHY. ;)
