The purpose of this experiment is to study whether age is a stabilizing factor in the mutation of supervillains. It has been noted by previous scientists that superheroes and villains who obtain their powers at a younger age have a more stable genetic structure and face fewer health complications than their peers who were mutated later in life or adulthood.

Hypothesis: Splicing the genetic code during the fetal stage will result in a more controllable mutation.

Procedure: One female fetus was procured from the womb of [REDACTED]. Vitals were stabilized using serum H4-T procured from Lord Black Hat. The patient is sustained by connecting the umbilical cord to a source of synthetic blood, a nutrient system, and one large tank filled with two parts synthetic and one part organic amniotic fluid. The fluid was warmed to 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit to simulate the mother's womb.

The patient would be injected with Black Hat Organization's patented prey mantis mutagen bimonthly and observed for the entirety of its life span.
