Girl, what is your workout routine? I want to kick like you.
"I do have kickin' legs, don't I?"
"My workout routine varies from day to day, but I go to the gym as often as I can. I often utilize the sandbag, elliptical machine, and weights. I do a lot of squats and lunges too.
If you want to kick like I do though, it'll take a lot of practice, not just strength. I recommend focusing on your balance. That's quite important when kicking."
